As pioneers of lost wax casting in the UK jewellery industry, we have built a strong reputation for delivering top-notch quality and consistency. Today, we continuously push casting boundaries, embrace the latest technology, and continue to refine our expertise to deliver exceptional cast jewellery services.
Whether you’re an independent designer, a retail brand, or a large-scale manufacturer, our casting services are designed to give you more control, more confidence, and fewer compromises.
We support both bespoke and batch production, offering:

Our mould casting service utilises rubber or silicon, and is ideal for clients producing repeat designs. We can generate 3D printed masters for you, or utilise customer-supplied masters, natural objects or carved waxes. Once we’ve obtained this, we produce high-quality rubber or silicone moulds that allow for repeatable wax injections, saving you time and maintaining consistency across every batch.
With all casting carried out on-site, you’ll benefit from fast turnaround times and tight quality control at every stage.

Working from CAD? We are experts in jewellery casting directly from 3D printed models - with state-of-the-art in-house 3D printing technology. Our team checks every model for print and casting suitability, helping you move confidently from concept to physical form.
Printed with high precision and an exceptional surface finish to make clean-up easier and faster. Printed waxes are ideal for one-off pieces or limited runs, where high precision is essential, as well as designs with complex geometry or moulding challenges.

We support hand-carved wax casting for jewellers and designers who prefer to work by hand. Once we receive your original wax model, our team takes care of the casting process from start to finish, preserving the integrity of your design while ensuring a clean, precise final cast.
This service is ideal for bespoke pieces, sculptural designs, and one-off commissions that call for a personal touch. Whether it’s your signature style or part of your process, you can rely on Weston Beamor to treat every wax with care and consistency.
Plus, our experienced team can create moulds from your hand-carved waxes, allowing you to produce precise multiples without losing detail. We can also scan your originals, either to preserve the design should the master be lost in production, or to digitally scale, modify, or recreate it for future use.

We work with a wide range of precious metal alloys to suit your design, budget, environmental, social and traceability needs. Whether you’re developing a bespoke piece or producing at scale, our team can guide you to the right alloy for strength, finish, and form.

Responsibly sourced and ideal for clients prioritising the reduction of environmental impact.
