Helping You Make It Since 1947
Every piece of jewellery begins with an idea. Sometimes it’s a detailed CAD file, sometimes it’s a sketch on paper, and sometimes it’s simply a conversation between a jeweller and a customer. Whatever form it takes, that idea needs support to become real. It needs skill, care, and control at every stage — from wax to casting, finishing to hallmarking.

At Weston Beamor, we’ve been supporting those ideas since 1947. In that time, we’ve helped generations of retailers, designers, and brands bring their work to life. Our role has never been limited to pouring metal. We’ve always seen ourselves as a partner — working alongside our customers to solve problems, refine designs, and deliver results they can trust.

That’s the Weston Beamor difference.

A Heritage That Drives us Forwards

Weston Beamor’s story begins in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter, the beating heart of British jewellery making. For more than 75 years, we’ve been part of this community of makers — a place where heritage skills and new ideas have always met.

We were among the pioneers of lost wax casting across the UK jewellery trade, changing the way jewellers could scale their ideas. Today, we continue to set the standard for responsible and sustainable jewellery manufacturing, with a commitment to ethical practices, reduced environmental impact and social responsibility.

That history isn’t just a point of pride — it’s the foundation of how we work today. It means we understand where the industry has come from, and we’re ready to help our customers navigate where it’s going next.

From Concept to Finish – Giving you Control Under One Roof

For many jewellers, managing production means juggling multiple suppliers: a CAD specialist here, a caster there, a finisher somewhere else, and hallmarking at the very end. Each handover brings risk, delays, and extra admin.

At Weston Beamor, we take that complexity away. Everything happens under one roof — Design, CAD modelling, 3D scanning, wax creation, casting, finishing, and even on-site hallmarking from the Birmingham sub-assay Office. This allows us to service you with control, consistency and speed.

For our customers, it means:

  • Fewer risks: No handovers between suppliers, so fewer chances for mistakes.
  • Faster turnaround: With everything in one place, projects move from stage to stage without delay.
  • Consistent quality: Every step is managed by the same team, with the same standards.
  • Clear accountability: One partner responsible from concept to hallmark.

Whether you’re a retailer managing bespoke customer orders and in-store stock levels, a designer developing a new collection, or a brand producing hundreds of pieces, you know exactly where your jewellery is and who’s looking after it.

Collaboration & Bespoke Support

Jewellery is personal, and so is our approach. Many of our customers don’t just hand us a file and wait for a casting. They want advice, reassurance, or collaboration — and that’s where our team makes the difference.

Designers come to us with ideas that push the limits of form and detail. Our CAD specialists and casters work with them to make those ideas castable without losing their creative edge.

Retailers trust us with bespoke commissions from customers who want something unique, and we help translate those requests into pieces that fit and last. Brands challenge us with collections that need to be reproduced at scale, and we make sure every piece is consistent, from the first to the last.

Our role has never been just to cast metal. It’s to help our customers succeed — whether that’s spotting potential problems early, recommending the right alloy, or refining a model for smoother finishing. That’s why collaboration sits at the heart of everything we do.

Craft Meets Technology

Weston Beamor has always combined the best of tradition with the best of innovation. Many of our team have honed their craft over decades, carrying forward skills that have defined the Jewellery Quarter for generations. At the same time, we invest continually in technology that makes jewellery making faster, more precise, and more accessible.

In practice, that means CAD, 3D printing, scanning, and laser engraving working side by side with traditional wax carving, hand finishing, and polishing. Technology doesn’t replace skill — it enhances it. It gives designers freedom to experiment, retailers confidence that bespoke orders will succeed, and brands the accuracy to launch collections at scale.

Our online Portal makes working with us as simple and efficient as possible. With live pricing, CAD analysis and repair, mould and model libraries, and multi-user logins, customers can manage projects whenever they need to. Our online portal gives you more control, backed by the same team who know your work inside out.

Responsibility in Practice

Jewellery isn’t just about how it looks, it's also about how it’s made. Today's customers want to know that their jewellery has been produced responsibly. At Weston Beamor, responsibility is built into every piece we make.

  • Recycled metals: We cast in recycled gold and silver as standard.
  • SMO gold: For customers who want further traceability or provenance, we provide Single Mine Origin options.
  • Energy efficiency: Our workshops run on energy-efficient equipment, and we continue to invest in solar power.
  • Reduced transport: With hallmarking carried out on-site by the Birmingham sub-assay Office, unnecessary transport miles are cut.
  • Fair workplace: As a Living Wage employer, we’re committed to creating fair, supportive conditions for every member of our team. Our Stepping Stones development programme helps colleagues grow their skills and plan their careers, while our fair labour sourcing ensures all temporary workers receive proper pay, holiday and sick leave, with no zero-hours contracts.

For our customers, it means being able to offer jewellery that shines inside and out — with sustainability and responsibility as part of the story.

Why Customers Choose Weston Beamor

Many of our customers — from independent retailers to national brands — have been with us for decades. That loyalty doesn’t come from marketing lines; it comes from consistency.

They know our team by name. They know they’ll get straight answers when they call. They know their castings will arrive on time, true to size, and ready for finishing. And they know that if something unexpected does arise, we’ll go the extra mile to resolve it quickly.

For designers, that means freedom to experiment without fear. For retailers, it means being able to say yes to customer requests with confidence. For brands, it means launching collections that meet demand without compromise.

The Human Difference

What sets Weston Beamor apart isn’t just our history or our technology — it’s the way our people bring those strengths together to support you. We’re a partner who helps you take control of the process, reduce risks, and bring your ideas to life.

Every piece we cast carries not just the skill of our craftspeople, but the care of a team who understands what’s at stake: the jeweller at the bench, the retailer in the shop, the brand building its reputation, and the customer waiting for something special.

That’s the Weston Beamor difference: helping you make it, every step of the way.
