Our values and commitment to ethics are a core part of who we are. As a business that has been in operation since 1947, we have actively shaped our processes to meet and exceed national and international regulations.
We aim to sit at the forefront of this shift, raising awareness about the environmental, social and governance of our industry. We are here to make strides every day, ensuring you have access to the widest range of choices available — whether it's SMO gold or responsibly sourced diamonds and metals.
We are committed to sourcing our materials from traceable, responsible origins wherever possible. This dedication extends across our entire supply chain, ensuring our partners align with international standards and our own core values.
We provide a wide range of materials, including recycled and SMO (Single Mine Origin) options. Our natural diamond supply chain is rigorously vetted, with every diamond-set product accompanied by our comprehensive warranty statement, guaranteeing compliance with the Kimberley Process and relevant UN Resolutions.
Our diamond-set products are always accompanied by the following statement:
"For any product fabricated from rough diamonds mined from January 1, 2003 onwards, the seller warrants that the diamonds have been purchased from legitimate sources not involved in funding conflict and are in compliance with United Nations Resolutions.
The seller hereby guarantees that the diamonds are conflict-free, based on personal knowledge and/or written guarantees provided by the supplier of these diamonds"

We understand our duty to hold ourselves—and our partners—accountable.
As a certified member of the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC), Weston Beamor is independently verified for our commitment to ethical and responsible practices throughout our business.
We also regularly conduct audits and visits to our external suppliers, ensuring they conform to the ethical requirements set by the RJC and all UN Resolutions.

We believe in doing business responsibly and treating people with respect. That’s why we don't just hold our suppliers to high ethical standards; we prioritise the rights and well-being of our employees.
We pay the real living wage, ensure safe working conditions, and provide clear guidance on employment terms and conduct, ensuring every individual involved in our process is treated fairly and with respect.
Our commitment is backed by robust processes and procedures that help us implement, monitor, and continually improve our practices.
We take employee welfare seriously, with clear guidance on employment terms, benefits, codes of conduct, and internal policies set out in our comprehensive company handbook.

We believe that continuous improvement is key to a responsible future. We are committed to minimising our environmental impact and actively seek out more sustainable ways to create ethical jewellery. From offering recyclable metal alternatives and harnessing energy from our in-house solar panels to simply offering greener packaging options, we're always searching for ways to improve our practices.
As a jewellery manufacturer, we are committed to minimising our environmental impact through proactive risk management and precise recycling and waste disposal practices. Every stage of our production is carefully monitored to ensure materials are reused, recycled, or responsibly disposed of wherever possible.
Ethical jewellery manufacturing is not just a trend—it's a commitment to a better industry. Partner with Weston Beamor and leverage our expertise and commitment to ethical sourcing and sustainable practices across everything we do.
Let's work together to create jewellery that makes a positive impact, for your business and for the planet.
