The Design & CAD Process

We know that jewellery is personal and every project is unique. That's why we treat every piece with the care and attention to detail it needs, ensuring a beautifully finished result from start to finish.

We want you to be completely happy with your design, which is why we work with you to implement tweaks and changes at every stage:

  • The hand-drawn design stage allows for bigger changes to ensure the creative vision is perfect.
  • The CAD design stage is ideal for minor adjustments like refining widths and depths.

Step 1: Initial Consultation & Design

We start by collaborating with you to understand your vision, preferred materials, specifications and budget. Our team provides recommendations where needed, this is where your vision comes to life. We present a variety of hand-drawn designs for approval, capturing the creativity and emotion of each unique design.

Step 2: CAD Modelling & 3D Digital Renders

Our CAD team build a precise 3D model of your piece before sharing a selection of high-quality 3D renders, as well as a selection of 2D images showing dimensions, with you for approval.

Step 3: Prototyping

Next-Gen wax models can be printed for pieces that are ready to be cast or manufactured. If you require a hands-on review, we can produce a durable resin prototype for evaluation. This allows you to make any final minor adjustments to the fit or aesthetic before giving final approval.
