There's something about March in the jewellery calendar that just feels right. The Christmas rush is behind you, the new year has settled, and suddenly there's space to think about what you want to create next. The Retail Jeweller Festival has become one of the highlights of our year, and we're looking forward to being back.
You'll find us on Stand 11 on 16 and 17 March in Central London.
We asked Weston Beamor Director, Naomi Newton-Sherlock for her thoughts on the show, here’s what Naomi told us;
"What I love most is hearing about what people are working on. Every brief is different, every challenge is different, and getting to talk through those ideas face to face, rather than over email, is where the real work begins. We're looking forward to those conversations in March."
Good manufacturing is mostly invisible. When it's working well, you don't notice it. The CAD comes back right, the prototype captures exactly what you had in mind, the casting is consistent, the finish is clean, the hallmark is there. The piece is ready.
That's what we're set up to do and we’d love to talk all things jewellery design, casting and manufacturing with friends and colleagues old and new! From Design and CAD, 3D prototyping, precious metal casting, assembly, finishing and on-site hallmarking through our Birmingham Assay Office sub-office, our in-house team covers every stage of the journey. Everything under one roof, with the same team across every stage. The people drawing your CAD model know the setters and finishers who will make it. That joined-up knowledge is what keeps things moving and keeps quality consistent.
We've been working this way since 1947, innovating and enhancing as we’ve grown together, if you’re heading to London, do come and talk to us about your next project. Plus - if you haven’t already, talk to the team about the Portal too…

Knowing exactly where your order is, getting a quote without waiting, and placing work directly from your STL files at a time that suits you. When you're running a busy business, that kind of clarity makes a real difference. The Portal is how we make that possible. If you haven't explored it yet, come and chat with the team on Stand 11.
The festival content programme this year is genuinely strong. On the afternoon of day two, Liz Barclay, former UK Small Business Commissioner, will be leading a session on running a stronger jewellery business in uncertain times. Rising costs, shifting consumer habits, cashflow pressure, and supplier relationships that need careful managing. She's spent years working with small businesses, navigating exactly this terrain. It's a session worth staying for.

The UK Jewellery Awards Shortlist Party takes place on the first evening of the festival. If you're staying on for it, so are we.

See you there.
